Building on MACRO CASCADE Deliverable 1.1, Ocean Rainforest led Deliverable 1.2, which highlighted the seasonal variation of value-added components in different types of macroalgae. As one of the leading pioneers in seaweed cultivation and processing, Ocean Rainforest has conducted extensive field research to inform their MACRO CASCADE summary.
