Deliverable 3.2

In Deliverable 3.2, the Danish Technological Institute (DTI) developed an innovative process for producing algae enriched rapeseed feed for pigs. Comparing antioxidant activity in fermented and non-fermented material revealed that the non-fermented material exhibited higher antioxidant activity then two out of three fermented batches.
